If you’ve never had a buckle cake, you’re in for a treat. It has a soft, fluffy, cake-like middle, but the top is almost like a crumb cake. The inside is full of your favorite fruit. It’s light, not overly sweet, and has fruit in it, so you can absolutely justify it as healthy.
5. Easter Bread
Easter bread is basically a lovely, seasonal-inspired version of brioche bread. It shares the same great taste, but it’s pretty and Eastery enough to take the place of a centerpiece on the table. Covered in pastel sprinkles with brightly colored Easter eggs in the center, this bread is a must-have for your Easter brunch.
6. Brioche French Toast
This is a classic French toast recipe with a brioche twist. If you can make French toast, you can make brioche French toast just as easily. It’s best served with fruit, maple syrup, peanut butter, or powdered sugar. If you want a more savory dish, top it with roasted nuts, sausages, fried eggs, or ham instead.
7. Bisquick Breakfast Casserole
Anyone who says casseroles are a dinnertime-only dish is flat-out wrong and has obviously never tried this scrumptious Bisquick breakfast casserole. Containing cheese, Bisquick mix, hash browns, eggs, potatoes, and sausage, this casserole has all your morning favorites baked into one golden brown package. It’s incredible.
8. Blueberry Pancake Casserole
Here’s more undeniable proof that casseroles aren’t just for dinner anymore. However, since this one is full of sugar, cinnamon, blueberries, and streusel, it might be more a dessert than a true casserole. Don’t worry; we won’t tell if you won’t.
9. Pancakes
Pancakes are a brunch staple, and these are better than most. They’re made of bananas, walnuts, and maple syrup, are covered in whipped cream and take less than 10 minutes to cook. Put simply, they’re perfect.
10. Easy Breakfast Braid
You can’t have a proper brunch without having a few savory dishes on the table as well. This easy-to-make breakfast braid takes care of that. If you’re looking for a creative way to use up your radishes, smear some cream cheese on pumpernickel toast and cover it with radishes and chives. You’ll never want another morning bagel again.
12. Frittata
People often shy away from making frittatas because they feel like they’re too much work, but this recipe calls for the most basic ingredients, along with gouda, spinach, and half and half. It also takes less than an hour to prep and cook, so if you’ve been aching to try your hand at frittata but have been too scared to do it, now’s your chance.
13. Mango Toast
This is another excellent recipe for people who love to eat brunch but aren’t great at preparing it. If you can toast bread, cut fruit, and add spread to bread, you can make any of these three easy mango toast recipes.
14. Quiche
With only eight ingredients and five easy instructions, this might be the easiest quiche you’ll ever make. It’s also likely to be one of the most delicious. All you’ll need is a refrigerated pie crust, eggs, milk, salt and pepper, green onions, shredded cheese, and chopped ham. In less than an hour, you’ll be enjoying a hearty, cheesy main dish. You can also go crustless if you prefer.

16. Breakfast Potatoes
Every good breakfast spread needs something spicy, herby, savory, and filling. That’s where these breakfast potatoes come in. You can whip them up in a skillet in about 20 minutes. Aside from the potatoes, all you’ll really need are the seasonings – garlic, thyme, rosemary, paprika, onion powder, and cayenne. Add a little butter and oil to cook them in, and you’re good to go.
17. Scones
This recipe is a very basic one for scones, but there are also plenty of options to add to jazz them up a little. Whether you prefer chocolatey scones, zesty scones, fruity scones, nutty scones, or spicy scones, this recipe can accommodate you.

There’s nothing we love more than a good themed recipe, and these Bunny tail donut holes are delightfully perfect for Easter. Not only are they adorable, but they also taste great, especially if you’re a fan of toasted coconut and vanilla. They’ll have you aching to go hopping down the bunny trail.
19. Biscuits
Good biscuits are another essential brunch item, and these biscuits made from Cracker Barrel’s recipe are better than good; they’re spectacular. In fact, we’d go so far as to say they taste better than the originals. They’re both flaky and fluffy, and they have that classic buttermilk biscuit flavor we love. Best of all, they’re done in less than half an hour.
20. Waffles
Crispy and golden brown on the outside, light and fluffy on the inside – if that’s not the perfect waffle, then there’s no such thing. These waffles are super thick, and you can easily make them on a waffle iron in about 15 minutes. You can top them with powdered sugar, berries, syrup, honey, or any of your other favorite toppings. Because the recipe allows you to make ten waffles in 15 minutes, you can even make a whole waffle bar out of this recipe without much time or trouble.
21. Mini-Blueberry Beignets
These Mini blueberry beignets are the perfect treat for anyone looking to bring the taste of the Big Easy to their very own brunch this Easter. They have the perfect doughy shell, just the right amount of powdered sugar on the outside, and a filling that’s pure blueberry goodness.
22. Iced Coffee
No good brunch is complete without delicious pick-me-up drinks to help provide that extra needed boost of energy. This recipe is for copycat McDonald’s iced coffee, and it’s fantastic. It’s sweet, icy cold, and so simple, you probably won’t even need to keep the recipe bookmarked.
23. Lemon Loaf
One of the joys of cooking at home is that you can mix recipes from all your favorite restaurants. In this case, nothing goes better with McDonald’s iced coffee than Starbucks’ lemon loaf. Luckily, we have the recipes for both! This loaf is a sweet, tangy, and zesty treat all in one small, lemon-glazed package. Have it for brunch; have it for breakfast; have it for an after-dinner dessert. It’s good any time of the day.
24. Spanish Omelette
This isn’t your mom’s old-fashioned omelette recipe, unless your mom happens to be a master of Spanish cuisine, of course. For this omelet, you’ll need eggs, potatoes, onions, olive oil, salt, pepper, and parsley. It’s cooked in a tortilla and will put you in mind of the yummiest tapas you’ve ever eaten. If you like your morning omelettes to be a little garlicky, throw some garlic powder in the mix as the eggs are cooking.
25. Breakfast Fruit Tarts
If you’re looking for fantastic finger foods for the fruit fanatics in your life, these breakfast fruit tarts are ideal. They have crisp and crunchy granola tart shells and a filling made of Greek yogurt and lemon curd. You can buy the lemon curd or use the provided recipe to make your own if you want to go all out. Then you top them with whatever your favorite fruits are – blackberries, strawberries, kiwi, banana slices. Whatever you want to stuff in there, go for it. The more fruit, the better!
26. Chai Tea Latte
Nothing proves the saying, “Imitation is the highest form of flattery,” more correct than my love of Starbucks copycat recipes. This recipe will show you how to make their fantastic chai tea lattes. They’re spicy; they’re sweet, and they’re full of that get-up-and-go that makes us love Starbucks so very much. Even better, you can whip them up in no time and be out the door and on your way.
27. Easter Bunny Pancakes
Is there anything cuter on Easter than little bunnies? Of course not! That’s what makes these Easter bunny pancakes so perfectly adorable. The homemade pancakes are delicious when stacked in a half-stack. However, once you add in some chocolate chips for toes, banana slices for footpads, a marshmallow for a tail, and some shredded coconut for hair, you have an Easter treat that can’t be beat!
28. Blueberry Muffins
This is another Starbucks recipe, and it’s just as yummy as all the others. These muffins are moist and fluffy, and the butter gives them a deliciously decadent, sweet flavor that the blueberries’ tartness balances out perfectly. This recipe makes a dozen muffins in about half an hour. If you need to make more, feel free. You can freeze the leftovers for up to 6 months!
29. Honey Butter Crescent Rolls
Crescent rolls are a family favorite for families worldwide, and they tend to pop up on every major holiday. These crescent rolls, though, are better than most. The rolls themselves are Pillsbury. Just stop by the store and buy a couple of cans. What makes them so amazing is the honey butter glaze. Once you drizzle that over the top of the rolls, they go from delicious to drool-worthy.
30. Banana Bread
If you love Starbucks’ banana bread, you’re in luck because this is, once again, a Starbucks copycat recipe, and it’s perfect. Unlike many banana bread recipes that cause the bread to come out dry and crumbly, this recipe leaves the bread soft and moist. It’s also bursting with flavor thanks to the bananas and walnuts. It takes about an hour to fix this yummy bread, but be sure not to overcook it. When cooked right, it finds the perfect balance between crispy crust and a bouncy, light middle.
