Artichokes go well with so many dishes. You can try them with this Air Fryer Pork Tenderloin, Halibut, or Filet Mignon. Serving them alongside tangy cheeses and creamy sauces to dip them in will make a delicious appetizer.

How to store leftover artichokes?

Allow artichokes to completely cool prior to storing them. Place them in an airtight container or resealable storage bag for up to 4 days in your refrigerator. Keep them in a freezer storage bag or airtight container in your freezer for up to 3 months.

What is the best way to eat artichokes?

Artichokes can be eaten hot or cold by pulling the tender leaves off of the artichoke one at a time. Dip the thicker part of the leaf in a dipping sauce and use your teeth to gently scrape out the meaty part because it is the only edible part on the outer leaves. When all the leaves have been eaten, scoop out the artichoke heart in the middle, which is completely edible except for the fuzzy part.

How do I pick the best artichoke?

Globe artichokes are most common and are found in your local grocery stores throughout the year. However, peak seasons for artichokes are spring and fall. When choosing the best artichoke pick the ones that are heavier and have a dark green color. We hope you love this recipe as much as we do! Looking for more easy air fryer recipes?
