Copycat Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuits in the Air Fryer
Going to Red Lobster seafood restaurants when I was younger, was always a treat, and we would usually go for special occasions. I don’t remember when they add these golden biscuits to their menu, but now when we sit down to dine-in, I am SO happy when they place them on our table. But, if you have never been to a Red Lobster, or tried these biscuits, now is your chance, because these Copycat biscuits taste as close to the real thing as you are going to get. Every bite is full of cheese and garlic! Imagine taking a bite of biscuit, filled with cheddar cheese, garlic, and then a slathering of butter and garlic on top. Just writing this is making me drool for more! Once you taste these biscuits, you will be making them all the time! Because these air fryer biscuits are SUPER easy to make, we love to have them with dinners. Also, they only take five minutes to cook in the air fryer. We have made these biscuits using our Dash Compact Air Fryer. Because this little guy is a 2 quart, I could easily fit five biscuits at a time to cook. However, my family also has the Cosori air fryer 5.8 quart size. The larger air fryer is great for family meals, but both of the air fryers are used equally in our home. Similarly, the dash is perfect for just one or two people, but when the kids are around, the larger basket does the same job, allowing us to cook the entire batch at once.

flour baking powdersaltcream of tartarsugargarlic powderbuttershredded cheddar cheesemilkbuttergarlic clove garlic powderOptional: dried parsley
First, grab a large bowl and stir together the flour, baking powder, salt, cream of tartar, sugar and garlic powder. Next, add in the softened butter and stir with a fork until it is a flaky dough. Finally, stir in the shredded cheese and the milk, until it forms into a dough. After the dough is made, scoop drops of the dough and put them in the basket. Be sure to lightly brush the basket with olive oil first. Cook at 400 degrees Fahrenheit in a smaller basket for 5 minutes. The large basket has more biscuits to cook, so add two or three more minutes of cooking time. Once the biscuits have finished cooking, melt together the butter with garlic, garlic powder and parsley, and brush on the tops of the cooked biscuits. Now put them on the table, and watch them disappear! MORE AIR FRYER RECIPES:
