I’ve always loved eggs, especially scrambled, fried, and especially a hard-boiled egg. They’re versatile, filling, and delicious. Scotch eggs are one of my favorite brunch foods. These air fryer scotch eggs ingredients are just eggs, a juicy layer of sausage meat layer, and crunchy crust made with breading mixture. That’s why I was excited to try out this easy Air Fryer Scotch Egg recipe. This recipe is simple enough for anyone to prepare. Once they’re cooked, these tasty treats are ready to eat in minutes, and you will have the perfect Scotch egg. These scotch eggs are a great snack time, or brunch item.
Ingredients:
eggs- hard boiledpork sausage meateggs-whisked to coat sausagetraditional bread crumbs-Panko bread crumbs, or Italian breadcrumbs, like Progresso, are already seasoned, making them an easy choice

I use a Cosori 5.8 quart air fryer. Cooking times may vary, depending on size and wattage.
What sauces go with Scotch Eggs?
I love mustard sauce, especially Dijon mustard, or spicy honey mustard. This delicious British dish can go with any favorite dipping sauce, like hot sauce, or ranch dressing.
How do I store leftovers?
