As a family of mushroom lovers, air frying mushrooms is the easiest way to prepare our favorite side dish. If you love mushrooms, you will love these Air Fryer Stuffed Mushrooms too. Air Fryer Fried Mushrooms are also very versatile because they can be a side dish on their own, or a topping to a juicy Air Fryer Ribeye Steak. I love slicing the entire mushroom, and then mixing in to sauces, or in a pasta. You will love this recipe because there is very little prep time, and these garlic mushrooms also low carb, keto friendly, and are gluten free. Mushrooms are considered a superfood, because they are a low sodium and saturated fat vegetable, full of fiber and protein.
