You’ll love these fudgy keto avocado brownies! These aren’t just regular old brownies, though, this avocado brownie recipe is made with nutritious ingredients like almond flour, eggs, and avocado. Make these avocado chocolate brownies in just 10 minutes prep. If you’re a little hesitant to eat keto brownies with avocado, you aren’t alone! (And if you really just want an original brownie recipe, try out my fudgy keto brownies, or a keto mug brownie for a quick option.) But. Trust me when I say that you’ll want to try them. Using avocado creates a super rich, fudgy texture. At the same time, the cocoa powder and sugar-free chocolate are powerful enough to mask its flavor. No one will know there’s smashed avocado in these brownies. All you can taste is the chocolate! And while this is a great way to use up fresh avocados that will spoil soon, you can also use frozen avocados to make these. This avocado brownie recipe is made with Besti Monk Fruit Sweetener Allulose Blend and Wholesome Yum Almond Flour for the best version of both flavor, taste, and texture. As you might know by now, Besti is the best sweetener for moist baked goods, and it’s ideal for a smooth, fudgy texture in brownies. Try these out and taste the difference compared to other keto sweeteners. And just as important, the almond flour we are using is super finely ground, for the best avocado brownie texture. No grittiness here! How To Make Avocado Brownies

This keto avocado brownie recipe is easy to make:

Melt butter and chocolate. Use a double boiler to melt on the stove. Cool slightly.

Blend wet ingredients. Place avocado, eggs, and vanilla into a high-power blender and blend until smooth. Add melted butter and chocolate, and blend again until smooth.

TIP: You can also use a food processor for this step.

Mix dry ingredients. In a small bowl, stir together almond flour, cocoa powder, and Besti.

Pulse. Add the wet ingredients to the blender and stir in with spatula. Pulse a few times to combine, but don’t overmix.

Transfer. Spread batter into parchment lined baking dish (this is the best size for this recipe!) and smooth the top with a spatula.

Bake. Bake until brownies are just barely set and no longer wet, but still moist. Cool completely before cutting.

TIP: Don’t overcook! Take the brownies out of the oven when they are just barely set, and still very, very soft. If you insert a toothpick, it should come out with a tiny amount of brownie batter on it that you can roll into a ball between your fingers. If you wait until the toothpick comes out clean, they will be too dry!

If you like frosted brownies, these are delicious with sugar-free chocolate frosting over them!

How many carbs in keto avocado brownies?

This recipe for avocado brownies has just 1.2 grams net carbs per serving. The full nutrition stats are below. The carbs in avocado brownies will vary based on what recipe and ingredients are used. This recipe uses natural sugar-free sweetener and healthy almond flour, which keeps the carbs down and nutrition up.

Are avocado brownies keto?

Some avocado brownies are keto (like this one), but others are not as they are sweetened with sugar and made with flour. This keto brownie with avocado recipe combines a low carb brownie with the nutritious boost of avocado.

Can I use a different sweetener?

I recommend Besti Monk Fruit Allulose Blend for this recipe, as it not only tastes like sugar but also dissolves well, making a smooth, fudgy brownie. You could also use allulose – use 33% more sweetener if you do, as it’s less sweet. I don’t recommend erythritol or other brands of keto sweeteners, as these tend to create a gritty texture in brownies. Even when they don’t, they crystallize within a day or two – not good if you don’t eat them all in one sitting!

Can I omit the butter?

For the best taste, you really need a blend of both avocado and butter in there. You can buy grass-fed butter for maximum benefits, but please don’t skip it. Believe me, I’ve tried! If you need a dairy-free alternative to the butter, I recommend butter flavored coconut oil as a substitute.

Storage Instructions

Can you make them ahead?
